Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant: GenTec are a highly successful, specialist technical engineering recruitment consultancy supplying professional engineering staff to a wide range of clients and industry sectors. To meet the demands of our busy portfolio we need an additional Senior Recruiter. We work with highly renowned clients and we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built.

Our main areas of activity include sourcing engineering professionals for leading clients within Automotive, Engine Development, Off-Highway Vehicles, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, Special Purpose Machinery, Aerospace as well as a range of other specialist areas of engineering.

Experienced, Senior Recruitment Consultant required for full or part-time opportunity, working from home.

Applicants will ideally have a proven track record of success in technical/engineering recruitment and will be familiar with sourcing and placing permanent and contract candidates.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will have a winning personality with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be working on our established accounts as well as seeking new business. Your role will encompass account management including site visits and customer care.

About You:

Proven track record of successful permanent or contract recruitment.
Good technical knowledge
A competitive and goal orientated personality.
Strong communication and relationship building skills - written and oral.
Keen to develop your career - highly motivated to achieve success and financial reward.
An excellent communicator, confident with dealing with all levels of clients and candidates.

An excellent basic salary £30K to £35K neg. (Pro Rata for part-time working)
Unlimited commission structure with uncapped commission.
